The Envirohealth list server has been created as a mechanism to enhance broadcast communication for the benefit of all Environmental Health and Public Health professionals. The list currently includes members from many government and non-government agencies as well as members of the public who are interested in helping advocate Environment Health within Western Australia.
The list server seeks to target a wide range of Environmental Health related issues and will occasionally include information covered in the following:
- Conferences, seminars, courses and events relevant to the Environmental Health and Public Health professions.
- Sanctioned employment opportunities within the Environmental Health Directorate.
- Media releases issued by the Department of Health and other agencies.
- Environmental Health newsletters (currently quarterly).
- Disaster response and preparedness information.
- Emerging Environmental Health hazards.
- Documents for publication, review or comment
- Other educational material and resources that may support the improvement of Environmental Health within the state.
