The On Call Duty Officer is the single point of entry to the WA Department of Health for notification of any incident or major emergency requiring a Health response.

The On Call Clinical Officer works closely with the On Call Duty Officer and State Health Coordinator to develop an action plan following notification of an emergency. The initial notification of any incident should go to the On Call Duty Officer, not the On Call Clinical Officer.
