Making a submission

All submissions or comments are required to:

• Be in writing (electronic or hard copy)
• Stating the name of the author and organisation represented
• Provide contact details
• Advise if they do not want their comments used in any reviews, or communication of submissions made during the consultation process
• Provide rationale for any proposed changes or comments
